You can come to as many classes as you want live and you’ll have all the videos to watch while you’re on the treadmill, breastfeeding, or studying between clients. You be the judge of that. This way you can be involved in the class and have the interactive component as well.
This is great if you can’t fully commit to being there every night on Mondays and Thursdays at 7 PM CST.
